ADAP by http://www.soundonsound.com/sos/aug00/articles/atarinotes.htm Hybrid Arts], similar to Sound Designer, in as much that it was the Sample Editor to the ADAP Sounrack hardware package. It was seemingly later licensed by Power Computing, and is an 8-BIT Sampler which is capable of mono sampling frequencies between 3 kHz and 30 kHz.
