ST Sound Digitizer by Hippopotamus Software was introduced in 1987, and is claimed to be the first Sampler for the TOS range of Atari computers, although IS Sound Digitiser appears to take this accolade. Later licensed by Navarone Industries in 1988, ST Sound Digitizer is an 8-bit Sampler, which is capable of mono sampling frequencies between 1 kHz and 64 kHz.
