It causes 'Game Over' (so save first!) but you can boink the native maid at the resort you end up at when you bail off the cruise ship in the lifeboat.
After the second round of stumbling through the jungle you find yourself in a guest room. Shortly after the maid enters.
When she offers to help you in 'any way she can', type "Seduce maid".
