Afterburner - Activision [1]

Start the game, press Backspace to pause, type THUNDERBLADE.

Pressing:

G - gives you more missiles
T - less missiles
N - more lives
< - down one level
> - up one level

If you type AGES (SEGA backwards) instead, only < and > are active...
