It is an 8-bit stereo Sampler for the Atari STE, capable of oversampling and frequencies of up to 50 kHz, much like Tommy Software's [[Sound Merlin]].  The hardware ADC plugged into the Atari's parallel port, and is a good companion to Galactic's Digit Tracker.  There was also a TT version entitled Sample Wizard TT, which offered the equivalent 8-bit stereo sampling for the Atari TT.
